NIRSPEC Data Reduction with Pypeit

A Pypeit based reduction module has been developed for NIRSPEC high resolution data reduction: keck_nirspec_high. This has been tested and is working for multi-order, cross-dispersed echelle spectra in Y, J, H, K, and L bands. Required calibrations include flatfields (internal lamps on & off) and arclamps (using all 4 available arcs: Ar, Ne, Xe, & Kr).

Template for Telluric Correction
Jupyter notebook template example of telluric correction for source, GL555, using B9V standard, HIP61318. Required inputs: 1) Source object, 1D FITS file (multi-order) 2) Calibrator star, 1D FITS (multi-order) (use B9 or A0) 3) Sensitivity function
