The Object.tcl gui is used to include header information in the LRIS FITS images. The Object.tcl gui is displayed below:

There are three fields that the oberver has the option of including in the FITS image headers:

Fields FITS Header
Keyword Description

Object name OBJECT Object name for the current target. The name as specified in your target list is also written in the FITS header under the keyword "TARGET" for both the red and blue side.

Per Frame Comments COMMENT Comments added in the text area are written at the end of a FITS header.

Observer name: OBSERVER Names of the observers. The observer names will default to either the names entered upon startup or the previous night's keyword value.

Apply All Fields

Tells the software to include the information in the FITS image headers.

Exits the gui.
