GINGA SPEC GUI

GINGA SPEC is a new python-based GUI interface for NIRSPEC that gives real time display of SPEC images, offering tools for making cuts, applying background subtraction, and other quicklook image analysis tools

To run GINGA SPEC: GINGA starts automatically upon software startup: Right-click in the background --> Click "NIRSPEC Control" --> Click "Start NIRSPEC Control Software" You may also start GINGA SPEC individually: Right-click in the background --> Click "NIRSPEC GUIs Menu" --> Click "SPEC Ginga"
