This table documents the exposure times used in the EFSgui when in "Obs. Mode - Lamps". Users who wish to take customized calibration exposure sets can use this table as a basis for exposures.

Notes:
  1. The brightness of the NIRSPEC flat lamp fluctuates on long time scales. Integration times you used a few months ago may not apply. Please test your integration times.
  2. Even the shortest itime (0.25 seconds) exposure on the arc lamps can cause persistence on SPEC. Please see the troubleshooting page for methods of avoiding and recovering from charge persistence.
  3. The terminology below is (itime(s) x coadds).
