Purpose
Take a sequence of twilight exposures on the BLUE side.
Usage
twiflatb n_flats level
Arguments
n_flats = number of flats to acquire
level = desired exposure level (DN)

0 = normal completion
1 = wrong number of arguments

level_checkb appears to crash lickserv. Thus, this script is
currently disabled.
