Purpose
Put ADC into postion mode, send to null position, and disable
motion. Suitable for use at the end of the night.

It is "normal" to encounter the following error
Error setting ADCNAM: k1adc dispatcher
did not become true within the time limit
- Execution time should not exceed 140s
Exit values
0 = normal completion
1 = wrong number of arguments
