NOTES:

There are two servo-amp boards, each servicing four of the eight axes. Only one of the boards is used in Galil 1. Single-encoded axes normally show 0 for the torque unless they are actively moving to a new position. Dual-encoded axes normally show non-zero torque even when they are only servoing to stay in one position.
