Chanan, Pinto, and Goodrich

Initial tests of new broadband PDS algorithm on NIRC (Chanan, Pinto, and Goodrich).

1. Run old (narrowband) PDS algorithm to phase telescope and confirm
that it still works properly.

2. Run new narrowband PDS algorithm (may be done offline) as a check
of the new code.

3. Run new broadband PDS algorithm on dephased telescope at 3.3 microns.

4. Run new broadband PDS algorithm on dephased telescope at 2.2 microns.

5. Iterate broadband PDS at 3.3 microns to test for convergence.

6. Phase telescope with old PDS at low elevation, time permitting.
