Updates released April 16

The following updates were made to the Observer Configuration form:
• After completing the login, users are brought to a run screen that lists future observing dates. Users must now select an observing run to continue to the configuration form.
• Submitting the form stores the information in a database
• If you want to update the configuration at a later date, the configuration form reads the last submitted configuration and populates the drowdown menues with the previously submitted requests.
• There is no need to save a previous configuration form. All submitted forms are saved in the database.
