osirisNsamp - assuming MCDS or UTR, set the number of reads

SYNOPSIS
osirisNsamp spec|imag [Nsamp]

DESCRIPTION

If no arguments are given, the current value is displayed.

Will reset itime to minimum if needed.

ARGUMENTS

Nsamp - number of reads

OPTIONS

EXAMPLES
CDS-like => osirisNsamp imag 1
mcds 16 => osirisNsamp spec 16

Boiler plate for "-h" support for command autohelp.
Boilerplate for syncheck.
Note that the boiler plate should be transparent for all usages,
but to make correct use of syncheck you will need to specify the
correct pattern.
