Pictures from inspection day 2 (Wednesday). We removed the collimator barrel from the instrument and then dissasembled the collimator in the lab. We knew that there was something loose in side the collimator barrel. The loose optic was Col 3. Note Image 1366 is the interferometer ZnSe lense. It shows a similar chipping to the MOSFIRE lens.
