Below are pictures of the Col 3 ZnSe lens. This lens is the secondlens in the collimator barrel assembly. This lense was found to becompletely free inside the assembly. It has three small pieces missingfrom it. Two of the pieces were stuck to the pads of two tabs. Thesecond is a finger tip size piece that was stuck under a tab.

The first few images show the lens as it was removed from theassembly.

The last are closeups of the tab positions where they were attached tothe lense and the pads of the tabs showing the remaining glue or thesmall pieces that remained on the tabs. Images pairs between the lensand the tabs start with
