Filter removal procedure

You need to have the following items:
  1. filter carrying case
  2. special filter

In order to proceed you have to juke the filter to the clear position: on a lrisserver window type: 

   m redfilt=clear
The filter jukebox is best accessible with the instrument rotated 180 deg. This places the jukebox on the right hand side of the instrument (as seen from the back).

Procedure

  1. Open the red filter jukebox releasing the top and bottom clips
  2. Remove the safety key located on the motor side of the jukebox. Before pulling it out be sure to have the flat part of the key adjacent to the white structure metal panel.
  3. Using the two thumbscrews on the handle, secure the handle to the frame of the filter that you want to remove.
  4. Rotate (180 deg) the two golden knobs situated at the top and bottom ends of each filter frame. Carefully pull the filter out.
  5. Store the filter in the carrying case. Proceed with other filters if needed.
