Purpose
Offset the telescope by the given number of arcseconds in the
slit guider coordinate system, which is rotated 29.52
degrees relative to the LRIS coordinate system.
Usage
gsxy x y
Arguments
x = offset in the direction parallel with guider rows [arcsec]
y = offset in the direction parallel with guider columns [arcsec]
Exit values
0 = normal completion
1 = wrong number of arguments
