Purpose
Reset CCD readout region to get all 2048 columns and lines
and reset the binning factor to 1x1
Usage
fullframeb [-nowait]
Arguments
-nowait = do not pause for 2 seconds after completion

Exit values
0 = normal completion
1 = wrong number of arguments
