Moving NIRSPEC from LNAS to AO

Dear all;

The NIRSPEC/AO software package can be tested as soon as the server is
rebuilt that contains the AO features.  Here is a list of new links and
scripts.

In $RELDIR:

 run_rql_ao -> /kroot/kss/nirspec/ui/run_ui/run_rql_ao*
 run_nirspec_ui_ao -> /kroot/kss/nirspec/ui/run_ui/run_nirspec_ui_ao
 nirspec_start_ao -> /kroot/kss/nirspec/ui/run_ui/nirspec_start_ao*

In /kroot/kss/nirspec/ui/run_ui:

 run_rql_ao*		points to /kroot/kss/nirspec/ui/qlook_ao

 run_nirspec_ui_ao*	adapted from run_nirpsec_client_by_host

To enable the software from the HQ "nirspec" account:

1. compile the new server.  It will be run from run_nirspec_server.ao as
	set up by UCLA.
2. on manele, cp ~nirspec/.openwin-menu.ao ~nirspec/.openwin-menu
3. on waimea, cp /kroot/kss/nirspec/ui/csh/slitmove_ao slitmove
	(this new version of slitmove includes a call to wfao when
	the third argument is "1".  It is backwards compatable (ie the
	3rd argument is not necessary))
4. log on to hanauma as "nirspec", and select NIRSPEC Control Menu ->
	Start NIRSPEC/AO Control Software.  
	Note that the original start up script is accessable from 
	NIRSPEC Control Options.

Also, on kalama /kroot/rel/dcs/qfix/data/k2dcsTelNirspao.par has
been updated with the new value of instangl; instflip should not have
to change for the SCAM.  And, run_nirspec_ui_ao calls xnirspec V1.4,
which locks out filter 1 moves and calls init_filters_ao which defines
the AO stop as in position.

Oh, and to move the AO stop into position, on waimea run init_filters,
and then issue the command "m fil1step=27000".
