xpose: Graphical Display for Exposure Control

Exposure Time

To change the exposure time, double click on the red text above the blue label that says "total time". Type in a new number (in seconds) AND HIT RETURN. You can change the exposure time during an exposure.

Control Buttons

START
Click on START when you are ready to begin an exposure. "ERASE IN PROGRESS" will highlight in red for a few seconds (use the command language to change the erase count). The frame number in the title bar reports the frame number of the last exposure until the erase is complete. After the erase is complete, the frame number reported in the title box is that of the frame being taken. (Use the command language to change the frame number directly.)
PAUSE
Clicking on PAUSE closes the shutter and stops the timer until you click on RESUME. Currently there is a problem with aborting paused exposures. To abort a paused exposure, click on RESUME and then click on ABORT.
